Who we are

This website, reykor.co.za, is operated by Reykor 9 (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2025/376053/07 (“we”, “us”), 1 Stilt Avenue, The Reeds, Centurion, 0157, South Africa. We are the responsible party for personal information collected through this website under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

We collect personal information only when you send us a message through the contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message. We do not ask for anything else.

Like most websites, our web host may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs used for security and troubleshooting.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other sites.

Why we use it

We use your details only to read and respond to your enquiry, and to manage any resulting business relationship. We do not use them for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Contact form messages are delivered by email to our team. Our web hosting and email providers process this information on our behalf. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as needed to deal with them and for any related business or legal purpose, and then delete them.

How we protect it

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
